Full terms
1. GRANT OF LICENCE
This licence grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the font software (“Fonts”) under the terms below.
2. SCOPE OF USE
The Fonts may be used for: desktop publishing, web (via @font-face), mobile apps, video, broadcast, social media, digital advertising, and physical products (apparel, posters, packaging) up to the limits of your tier.
3. USERS
The licence covers the number of users specified in your tier. Each user must be a member of your organisation. Freelancers and contractors working on your behalf count as users.
4. EMBEDDING
You may embed the Fonts in PDFs and eBooks (view-only). You may embed web fonts via @font-face on websites you control.
5. RESTRICTIONS
You may not: modify the Fonts, create derivative works, resell or redistribute the Fonts, convert to other formats, share with non-licensed parties, or register the typeface as a trademark.
6. OWNERSHIP
The Fonts remain the intellectual property of cantdealwithtype (Leandro Ferreira). This licence does not transfer ownership.
7. TERMINATION
This licence terminates automatically if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete the Fonts.
8. WARRANTY
The Fonts are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
9. LIABILITY
cantdealwithtype is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Fonts.
10. REFUNDS
Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. If you have issues, contact us.
11. GOVERNING LAW
This licence is governed by Portuguese copyright law, in accordance with EU directives and legislation.
